  Whenever i visit my mom in Keller, we go to Chili's and we are seated quickly. It's been renovated or changed, including the menu. The music is a bit loud, but the service is always good and I get coupons all the time so we will back! I do with there was a bit more lighting.

  The food here is very goog; often excellent, and the service is usually very good as well, but if they get real busy service may suffer a bit. Even at their busiest, though, the wait staff is always pleasant.
  Prices are quite reasonable for what you get; the 2 for 22 is a good deal - an appetizer and two entrees with sides.

  The staff is always very attentive and friendly. The food is flavorful and generous syrup in the soft drinks. The restaurant is always clean , but my only complaint is that the smoke from the bar drifts into the main part of the restaurant.

  Smoke from the bar permeates the entire restaurant, even if you get a seat on the other side of the dining room you can still smell it. The few times I've visited the food has been marginal and the service pretty bad. Often the waitstaff will forget to bring items that we ordered and the food flavor has been inconsistent. I like Chili's as a chain, but I don't think this one is a good representation of the brand.
